Refund Policy

At KIDTERACY, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them – unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • You will need the receipt or proof of purchase to process the return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at helpkidteracy@gmail.com Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any damage, defects, or if you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at helpkidteracy@gmail.com so we can assess the situation and make it right for you.

Non-Returnable Items:

Some items are non-returnable. This includes:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants).
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges:

If you need a different item, the quickest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
